Launch Day 2.

Day 2 was the big day where we had a bunch of Sunny Coast and Brisbane bands playing. Cat Grinder and Pussywhips pulled out last minute which sucked, but the show must go on eh? Every internal organ in my body felt like it was vomiting I was so nervous and stressed. We had never run a shop before let alone put on a show, and we wanting everything to run smoothly. But even though we had a few hiccups, it was a success. We couldn't have done it without the lovely people we have met over the past month.

Launch Day One.

After purchasing the business, an official opening launch was in order. So for a solid month and a half we cleaned/dusted/organised and pretty much worked ourselves to the bone. We decided to make an event out of it and get a heap of local musicians and up-and-coming bands to play at the store. Daniel Pitman, Daniel Stuth, Ded Beat, Craig Cole (with Catherine Vagg), Jake Horsey, Noel Sregdor and The Maryetta's played. Was pretty amazing.

Clerks.

The Time Machine is a place full of wondrous things. We sell vinyl records, comics/books/magazines, posters/prints, toys, collectables, vintage clothing, antiques/nostalgia and heaps more. Founded by Shane Sullivan, a man known throughout Nambour for his kindness and generosity. A giver to the community, and helpful to the less fortunate. He even used to save his cigarette butts for a homeless man. Shane has now sadly passed on, but The Time Machine will continue. Daniel Stuth, Barton Worthington and Benjamin Paskins are now the new proud owners of The Time Machine. We will continue as is, but we have BIG plans for the place. Come in and say hello. We have a place where you can listen to music and walk around and find a whole bunch of crazy, cool things

The beginning of time.

Welcome to the temporary blog of The Time Machine. Until we officially set up a website, this will be used to keep you updated on stock and events that will be happening. Thank you!
